A summary of basic doctrines and as subordinate to Scripture:

1. The verbal inspiration and the all and sole sufficiency of the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments as originally given.
2. The Trinity in Unity of the God-head
3. The essential deity and perfect humanity of our Lord Jesus Christ
4. The personality of the Holy Spirit
5. The depraved and fallen state of man
6. The substitutionary sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ
7. The justification of the sinner through faith in the Lord Jesus
8. The personality of the devil
9. The natural immortality of the soul
10. The second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ
11. The resurrection of the body
12. The eternal security of the believer
13. The conscious eternal punishment of those who die impenitent
14. The binding character of the ordinances of the Lord’s Supper and the immersion of believers as the only Christian Baptism
15. The responsibility of all saved souls to live soberly, righteously and godly in this present age
